At Mid-Missouri Pelvic Health (MMPH), we will keep any personal information you provide confidential, and will not release it without your permission. Your information will not be sold, or listed for the purposes of advertisement, solicitation, or fundraising. It is understood, within the realm of general patient care purposes, that your personal information may be used in the context of patient registration, to obtain medical records from former practitioners, in conversations with colleagues for opinion/care, insurance purposes, to pursue collection of unpaid bills, general research purposes, or for other reasons directly related to your care at MMPH.
